With just 16 slips, Kalopsia is intentionally intimate—providing a relaxed alternative to larger marinas while delivering thoughtful service and effortless access to the best of the Abacos. Designed to accommodate vessels up to approximately 40 feet, its sheltered setting ensures smooth docking and peace of mind, while easy access to both the Sea of Abaco and the Atlantic invites days filled with fishing, snorkeling, beach-hopping, and sunset cruising.

Marina Pricing:

Pricing is based on length of boat at the furthest points, bow to stern.


Current Fees:

  • Day rate is $30/day (Complimentary with $100+ purchase at Pavilion Restaurant)
  • 1-2 nights is $2.50/foot of the length of the Boat 
  • 3-6 nights is $1.50/foot of the length of the Boat 
  • 7 or more nights is $1.00/foot of the length of the Boat 
  • All rates are exclusive of VAT @ 10% 


Boat owners desiring a longer term may negotiate a fee in advance.


When available, the charge for electricity usage is $0.75/kW, with a $30 minimum per stay, and the charge for the water usage is $0.25/gallon, with a $25 minimum per stay. 


We operate as a cashless resort. All non-guest rental fees must be paid in advance by credit card via a secure payment link. Registered Kalopsia guests may charge any boat dockage fees incurred during their stay to their villa folio.

 

Boat Slips are 30’-40’ long, 12’ – 14’ wide, with 6’ of depth at low tide. Larger boats may be able to dock on floating dock subject to availability - contact our team to inquire. Boat owner is responsible for noting tide levels to leave proper length of ropes to account for tide changes. The marina cannot accommodate boats with beams over 10’. Vessel length is restricted to 5' over the published slip length established by the Marina.
